For dog owners using DogBookings to hire secure fields and book dog walkers, drop-in home visits, groomers, overnight boarding and trainers. The app is designed for your phone: the bottom bar (Search, Bookings, Dogs, Messages) is how you get everywhere, and the round Account button always sits at the top right of the screen, with a ? help button beside it; tap it any time for these guides and to contact the team. (On a computer the same tabs sit at the top of the page instead, and the app makes use of the wider screen: search results sit beside the map, your Bookings and Messages open the selected item in a reading pane on the right, the Dogs page puts your household details in a side panel, and Account lays out as a settings page with the sections down the left. Nothing changes about how any of it works, it just has more room.)

If your account is also a provider, a small paw/briefcase toggle appears next to the Account button; it switches between this customer view and the provider view (see the provider guide). Your choice is remembered for next time.
